Press 1 for sales.

RingKing is the phone system for small businesses. One business number, a dial-pad menu you set up yourself, and an extension for everyone on your team. Put an AI receptionist behind any key.

Set up in minutes. Calls and numbers powered by Star72.

Person

Rings Dana Levi, extension 101, in her browser. No answer after a few rings? The caller leaves her a voicemail.

Menu

Opens a second dial pad: press 1 for orders, 2 for returns. Each of those keys can go anywhere a main-menu key can.

Message

Plays a recorded message: We’re open Monday to Saturday, 8 to 6, at 140 Main Street.

App

The AI Receptionist picks up. It answers questions about the store, takes a message or transfers the caller to the right person.

Person

Rings the front desk, extension 100. Callers who know an extension can also dial it straight from any menu.

Answering calls by this afternoon

Three steps, and the last one is optional if it’s just you.

  1. Tell us about your business

Business name, EIN, your name and your email. That is the whole form.

  2. Pick your number

Choose a new number, or move the one your customers already know over to RingKing.

  3. Add your team

Type each person’s name and email. They get their own extension and an email to set up their line.

An AI receptionist that knows when to pass the phone

AI apps plug into your menu keys, just like a person does. The AI Receptionist talks with callers and gets them where they need to go.

  • Answers questions about your business, like your hours and who does what.
  • Takes a message for anyone on the team.
  • Transfers the caller to a person when they ask for one, or when it can’t help.
  • Uses tools from the apps you connect, and only the ones you switch on.
An example call on key 4

  4. CallerGreat. Can I talk to someone about a big order?
  5. AI ReceptionistSure, I’ll put you through to Dana in sales.
  6. Transferred to Dana Levi, ext. 101

One plan for your business covers your number, your menu and your whole team. AI minutes are added on top, so you pay for AI only when it’s on a call.

Questions

Can I keep my current business number?

Yes. When you sign up, choose to move your existing number instead of picking a new one, and we take care of the port.

What do I need to sign up?

Your business name, your EIN, your name and your email. After that you pick a number and add your team.

Does my team need new phones?

No. Each extension rings in the browser, so anyone with a computer can answer. People can also have their calls ring their cell phone. Support for desk phones is coming soon.

What happens when the AI can’t help a caller?

It transfers the call to a person on your team or takes a message, so nobody gets stuck talking to a machine.

Who carries the calls?

Your number and every call run on Star72, our carrier platform.

How much does it cost?

One monthly plan for your business, with AI minutes on top for the time AI apps spend on calls. Plans are being finalized now.
